Taylor N. Gerhardt
President and Managing Principal
Taylor Gerhardt founded FrostPoint Capital in July 2020, and currently serves as President and Managing Principal of the company. Taylor is responsible for the overall management, growth, and direction of the firm. He is directly responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions, capital structures, and asset management.
Prior to FrostPoint Capital, Taylor served as a Property Manager at Noble Properties in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where he was responsible for the management of half of the company’s shopping center portfolio and assisted the acquisitions team. Before his tenure at Noble, Taylor served as a Project Manager and Leasing Representative at Empire Management Company of CNY, where he honed his craft in asset management, shopping center leasing, and redevelopment.
Prior to Empire, Taylor was hired out of college by COR Development Company as an Assistant Construction Estimator. Through natural progression and an eagerness to learn, Taylor rose through the ranks becoming an Assistant Project Manager, and eventually, a Project Manager. Taylor was exposed to, assisted in, and co-led first in class, ground up development projects within the Central New York area. These projects included hospitality, multi-family, manufacturing, industrial, retail, and office.
Taylor graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2014 with a degree in History and Economics. Currently, Taylor is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds an active State of Florida Real Estate License.
Paul Forberger, CRX
Chief Operating Officer and Partner
Paul Forberger joined FrostPoint Capital in October of 2020 as Chief Operating Offer and Partner. Paul is responsible for the day to day operations of asset management and leasing of the portfolio. He also shares responsibility in overall management of the company, sourcing and executing new deals, acquisition analysis, conducting due diligence, and overseeing property level value creation efforts through redevelopment, renovations, and tenant improvements.
Prior to joining FrostPoint, Paul was with Noble Properties in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, for 25 years, where held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the company. Paul is a Florida licensed real estate broker and has achieved his CRX designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Forberger proudly served for four years in the United States Army. After his service concluded, Paul attended Florida Atlantic University where he received a degree, with honors, in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Lisa Lyda
Portfolio Accountant
Lisa Lyda joined FrostPoint Capital in August 2022 as a Portfolio Accountant. Lisa is responsible for accounts receivable and payable as well as other essential tenant, vendor, and financial administration. She is also responsible for financial reporting to the firm’s bankers, CPAs, lenders, and management team.
Ms. Lyda brings with her 30 plus years of real estate accounting and portfolio administrative experience. Prior to joining FrostPoint Capital, she held essential roles with U.S Immigration Fund and Flagler Realty and Development, Inc. Prior to her real estate career, Lisa was a tax professional working with both corporations and individuals.
