FrostPoint Capital (FPC) is a privately held, vertically integrated, real estate investment and management company founded in Westport, Connecticut in 2020. Now headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, we primarily focus on acquiring and redeveloping multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the Southeastern United States.
FPC invests directly for its principals and our select partners, granting us immediate access to capital, and the ability to move quickly and efficiently through the acquisition process. We strategically pursue transactions most firms are unable to consider due to size, location, and complexity. Our average deal size is often too large and complex for individual investors, and too small for institutional investors. Transacting in this unique, mid-size market gives us a considerable advantage due to the relative lack of competition and provides us the ability to create consistent risk adjusted returns where others cannot.
