FrostPoint Capital acquired the property in July 2020 as a Value-Add addition to its retail portfolio. Immediately upon acquisition, FrostPoint carried out its extensive renovation and capital expenditure plan. Work was completed in 2021 allowing for the successful lease up of vacancies that were in place at acquisition.
