- Occupancy: Minimum occupancy of 75%

- Demographics: Must have above average population within a 3 mile radius   

- Must show strong Real Estate Fundamentals from an early stage

Unanchored Centers / Multi-Tenant

- Investment Quality: Core Plus, and Value - Add

 

- Market: Major MSAs, Secondary, and Tertiary Cities

- Asset Type: Out Parcels, Multi-tenant Strips, Medical, Commodity/Service, and Unanchored Strip Centers

- Asset Size: 4,000 - 100,000 Square Feet

- Occupancy: Minimum occupancy of 75%

- Demographics: Must have above average population within a 3 mile radius  

- Must show strong Real Estate Fundamentals from an early stage

Single Tenant Net Assets

- Investment Quality: Core, Core Plus

 

- Market: Primary and Secondary MSAs

- Asset Type: Free standing QSRs, Restaurants, Service Providers, Retail, Commercial, and Medical 

- Asset Size: 2,000 - 50,000 Square Feet

- Occupancy: 100%

- Demographics: Must have above average population within a 1, 3, and 5 mile radius  

- Exceptional ingress/egress and visibility 

- Must show strong Real Estate Fundamentals from an early stage

Light Industrial / Storage / Warehouse / JVs
