- Asset Type: Grocery Anchored, Neighborhood, Discount, and Community Centers

- Asset Size: 30,000 - 150,000 Square Feet

- Occupancy: Minimum occupancy of 75%

- Demographics: Must have above average population growth with median household incomes above $65k   

- Must show strong Real Estate Fundamentals from an early stage. (excellent ingress/egress, visibility from road, etc.)

Unanchored Centers / Multi-Tenant

$5MM - $15MM

- Investment Quality: Value - Add

 

- Market: Florida, Georgia (Atlanta MSA), North Carolina (Charlotte MSA & Raleigh-Durham MSA), South Carolina      (Greenville MSA)

- Asset Type: Out Parcels, Multi-tenant Strips, Medical, Essential Service, and Unanchored Strip Centers

- Asset Size: 5,000 - 30,000 Square Feet

- Occupancy: Minimum occupancy of 75%

- Demographics: Must have a population above 30,000 within a 3 mile radius and above average traffic counts

- Must be on a high density road with excellent visibility and signage. Direct ingress/egress preferred
